As these are personalized and service-based offerings, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions below.

2 Cancellation Policy

Before Service Initiation

Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of any service. In such cases, a refund may be processed after deduction of applicable administrative, processing, or payment gateway charges.

After Service Initiation

Once any service has started โ€” including consultation sessions, resume drafting, training access, interview preparation, profile submissions, or placement activities โ€” the service shall be considered initiated and cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund. Partial refunds, if any, will be determined based on the amount of work already completed.

  • Mock interviews conducted

  • Registration fees or administrative charges
  • Downloadable or digital resources once shared
  • Delays caused due to lack of response from the client

4 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical payment error resulting in multiple charges
  • Service not initiated by TalentCore Technologies within the committed timeline
  • Inability of the company to deliver the purchased service

All refund approvals shall be at the sole discretion of TalentCore Technologies management.

TalentCore Technologies provides career support and placement assistance services only. We do NOT guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Salary packages
  • Work authorization
  • Visa approvals
  • Employment outcomes

Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers based on candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and market conditions.
